Method 1: Restart Windows 10
Although it seems ridiculous, many of the problems with Windows 10 updates can be solved with a simple restart of your computer. If the update is stuck at 0%.
– Open the Start menu and go to Start / Shutdown> Restart.
– When the system has rebooted, open Settings (Windows Key + I).
– Go to the option: Update and security.
