8. After entering the address and clicking next we will have to specify the username. Although many FTP servers allow anonymous access, so you can leave the box checked or uncheck it and enter the username for access to the FTP server and click on Next.

9. On the next screen you will have to provide a name for the FTP server. This name is simply the way to identify said server in your File Explorer, that is, this will be the name that will be recognized locally.

11. If on the last screen you left the option checked: Open this network location when clicking Finish. A small window will be automatically displayed in which you will have to provide the username and password to access the FTP server that we have just added.
