Well, although there were already apps or even Snapchat filters that allowed users to see what your face would be like when you’re old, the truth is that the FaceApp app has taken age change filters to another level. This has caused many users to decide to publish their photos with the impressive results.
This app is now available for both Android and iPhone devices in addition to its ease of use. It also has a large number of customizations thanks to which in addition to increasing your age to 60 years, you can also add elements such as a beard, change hair color, add tattoos, and a wide etc.
Before proceeding you should bear in mind that the FaceApp app is free but with restrictions. If you want to use all the functions such as: Premium filter, Filter updates, remove watermarks or removal of advertising, you must use the PRO version. After installing it, you will have to open the app, circumvent the wizard and Reject the paid subscription if you are not interested in it.
Now you will find yourself in the editor to which you will have to give access permissions to your gallery / photo roll and camera of your mobile device.
Once this is done, you will see how the photos stored on your device will be displayed within the app and an icon in the form of a camera. Here you can use any photo already stored or use the camera icon to take a new photo of your face.
Alternatively you can also use a default photo of the app models (located at the top of the screen).
Once we have the photo inside the editor, we will have to slide the filter carousel from the right to the left until we find the filter Age.
Click on said filter and it will reveal several sub-filters in which you will have to select the one with the name of: Old man.
You will automatically see how the photo is modified and now it will show how you would be if you were old. Do not forget to click on the Apply option to save the changes made.
Now you will be returned to the main editor screen where you can add new filters such as: Hairstyles, glasses, makeup, etc.
Once the photo is according to your taste, you must click on the down arrow icon to proceed to download your photo as if you were an old man. Several options (apps) will also be displayed that you can use to share said photo directly on the social network that you want.
