How to use art filters with Google Arts & Culture on Android or iPhone.

1. The first thing to do is update or download the Google Arts & Culture app

2. Once installed on your device you will have to open it and log in with your Google account.

3.When you go to the app interface you will have to click on the camera icon.

Note: Here you will have to give permissions in the app now that you have access to the camera of your device.

4. Now a list of options will be displayed from which you will have to select the option: Art Filter (Try filters based on museum objects)

5. The image from your front camera will now be captured along with a filter carousel at the bottom of the screen.

6. Select the filter you want to use and you will see information about the artwork you have selected.

7. The app will automatically recognize your face and apply the filter in real time.

Another interesting feature is Art Selfie which allows you to take a selfie and the Google app will offer you a work of art that you look like. Google will use an algorithm to show you a work similar to your face.
