The solutions are quite simple since it is usually a bad configuration, a failure with temporary files or installation.
Either way, if you can’t scroll up and down the websites you visit from Chrome, the following suggestions should solve this problem:
Method 1: Clean Chrome to fix scrolling problem in Chrome
