In general, any video service in HTML5 format is capable of supporting the Image in Image function. Until now, to take advantage of this option from the Google Chrome Web browser on your PC, you had to use a third-party extension. However as a result of the latest Chrome update, Picture in Picture has been incorporated by default.

The first thing to do is to check that your Web browser, Google Chrome, is updated at least to version: 71.0.3578.98. To perform this check you will have to open the Chrome browser and click on the icon in the form of three horizontal stripes in the upper right part of the interface. This will bring up a menu in which you will have to go to: Help> Google Chrome Information.
Now you will find a new screen where you can view the current version of Chrome. If this is equal to or greater than the one indicated, you will already have the Image in Image option. If this is not the case, you will have to update the web browser.
Once you have the correct version, you should go to Youtube, Dailymotion or any other HTML5 video service to proceed with the reproduction of it. When the video is being shown on the screen, you must click with the right mouse button to display a menu in which you will have to select the option: Picture in Picture
This will automatically cause the video to start playing in a small window at the bottom right of your computer screen. Now you can go to any other website or even program on your computer since the video will continue to play in the corner of your screen. In addition, the video will always be visible even while doing other tasks.
This small window in which the video playback is shown can be moved to any other place on the screen and even resized, being able to make the window smaller or larger according to your taste.
